B: Body.  You are what you eat.  Casey Potts, RD, LD, a registered and licensed nutritionist conducts Body Fat analysis and nurtition assessments for individuals and teams and offers sessions on Meal Planning for Athletes for Game Day, Hydration, and more.

A: Athletics.  Hoops Athletic Republic Sports Specific Conditioning improves overrall performance and reduces the percentage of sports-based injuries through one-on-one or team training protocols and exercizes focusing on speed, power, agility and anaerobic endurance.  Athletic Republic Director Corey Taylor and his performance coaches will showcase the Athletic Republic training program with demonstations of the 28 mph treadmill, plyometrics deck, cord technology and more.
